In 2013, Ingrid Miskinis established Talaria Flats. The inspiration for this business struck her during her second year in the MBA program at NYU Stern. While attending various events, she noticed that her friends often wore stunning heels that would inevitably fail them by the end of the night, leaving them barefoot on the dance floor.
